"There are over 17,000 children in foster care in Arizona. Many of those children are waiting for a foster home or an adoptive home. Gov. Ducey has signed a proclamation making November 'Arizona Adoption Month' (see the proclamation,right; click image to see full size.)
We want to do our part to raise awareness for the need for both foster and adoptive homes. For every patient seen at Pearson Eyecare in November, we will donate one dollar to local foster care and adoption service agencies. Additionally, for every patient that donates a dollar, Pearson Eyecare will match that dollar also.
As Gov. Ducey said in the proclamation,"every child deserves the opportunity to grow up in a loving stable family." Please help us raise awareness and make a difference in some child's life."
