Dr. Kerry Pearson, Optometrist

Dr. Kerry Pearson is a 1985 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, OR. Dr. Pearson established Pearson Eyecare Group in 1987. He has been a member of the American Optometric Association since 1985 and is also a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the AOA Sports Vision section. Dr. Pearson is a multi-term member and past co-chair of the Lenscrafters Optometric Advisory Council. He has 2 adult children: a son who graduated from Arizona State University and a daughter who recently graduated from Grand Canyon University. Dr. Pearson, his wife, Lisa, and their children list being a foster family as one of their most rewarding experiences.

Dr. Jacquelyn Wyman, Optometrist

Dr. Jacquelyn Wyman is a 1985 graduate of New England College of Optometry located in Boston Massachusetts. After graduating, she moved to the Phoenix area. She worked for 3 years at the Dulaney Eye Clinic and since 1988 has been with Pearson Eyecare Group. She has been a member of the American Optometric Association since 1987 and is also a member of the Arizona Optometric Association and the Central Arizona Optometric Association. She has 2 children: her daughter and son both attend University of Arizona. During her free time, Dr. Wyman enjoys hiking and going to the gym.

Dr. Lisa Reyes, Optometrist

Dr. Lisa Reyes is an Arizona native. She attended the University of Arizona for her undergraduate studies. Dr. Reyes earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, California in 1999. She completed externships at Optometric Center of Los Angeles, Hu Hu Kam Memorial Hospital in Sacaton, AZ, and Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ.

After earning her Doctor of Optometry degree, she returned to the valley.

Dr. Reyes has been at the Arrowhead optometry practice since 2000. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. Her hobbies include reading and watching movies.

Dr. Annalee Nix, Optometrist

Dr Annalee Nix is an Arizona native. She received her bachelors degree from Arizona State University and attended Nova Southeastern University in south Florida where she received her optometry degree in 2009.In her spare time, Dr Nix enjoys spending time with her husband and going on runs with their dog.

Dr. Mindy Hagstrom, Optometrist

Dr. Mindy Hagstrom was raised in a small town in rural North Dakota. She attended Valley City State University, earning an undergraduate degree in chemistry and biology before graduating from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2009. Dr. Hagstrom has completed internships in ocular disease and contact lenses at Northwest Eye Clinic in Minneapolis, MN, Hot Springs VA Hospital in Rapid City, SD, and Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Mesa, AZ. She enjoys music, reading, and spending time with her golden retriever, Kaia.

Dr. Robin Blank, Optometrist

Dr. Robin Blank is a native of South Dakota and a graduate of the University of South Dakota and the Illinois College of Optometry where he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree. He takes a special interest in eye care as a primary care field of service for families, Dry Eye and contact lens fittings, especially for people who have difficulty wearing contact lenses.
Dr. Blank has been in practice for over 16 years and shares that depth of experience with his patients in the greater Phoenix area. Dr. Blank is married and a father of two sons and a daughter and when not in the office, he enjoys sports, music and movies, and of course, his dog, Pooka.

Dr. David Black, Optometrist

Dr. David Black was born in Arizona and raised in Farmington, NM. He attended Brigham Young University, earning an undergraduate degree in biology in 2006. Dr. Black graduated from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2010, and he completed internships in Ocular Disease and contact lens at Albuquerque VA Hospital and Bookcliff Vision Center in Grand Junction, CO. He enjoys hiking, traveling, playing piano, reading, and being outdoors.

Dr. Justin Macklin, Optometrist

Dr. Justin Macklin brings optometric expertise and a fresh new perspective on eye care and patient service to Pearson Eye Care.
Dr. Macklin received his undergraduate degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign. He completed his optometric training at the Illinois College of Optometry in 2014 which included internships at Southwestern Eye Center in Mesa, AZ, Lexington VA Medical Center in Lexington, KY, and Dishler Laser Institute in Denver, CO. Dr. Macklin also completed a one-year residency program at the Lexington VA Medical Center where he diagnosed and treated patients suffering from ocular diseases such as dry eye syndrome, cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy. Dr. Macklin’s residency experience also included treating patients through low vision rehabilitation.
Dr. Macklin was born and raised in Buffalo Grove, Illinois (a nearby suburb of Chicago) but considers Phoenix his second home because of his frequent visits to see family and escape the cold weather growing up. He relocated to the valley in 2015 to begin working with the practice. In his free time, Dr. Macklin enjoys golf, hiking, ultimate frisbee, watching sports, and spending time with friends.

 

Dr. Marisa Beebe, Optometrist

Dr. Beebe received her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry and joined Pearson EyeCare Group in 2006. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Beebe teaches Zumba, and enjoys working out, swimming and spending time with her family. She is married with 2 little boys who are the light of her life.
