Hello friends!!! I was looking for a new eye doctor and had passed Pearson so many times when driving down 16th street. I decided to call and see what the scoop was. During the call, all my questions were answered and they set me up for an appointment THE NEXT DAY!!! I came in the next day to see Dr Black, and WOW!!! The customer service was EXCELLENT!!! I was immediately greeted upon entry, quickly checked in and taken back for evaluation. Dr Black was super knowledgeable and expert level. He assessed me, performed the exam, and gave me expert advice and recommendations for my vision needs. The office Team, was top notch. I worked with Debbie, Courtney, and the awesome MARK and was treated like a VIP. From entry to exit, my experience was stellar. This is the level of customer service that deserves to be recognized.
